What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as fast as possible, therefore require customers to request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a refund after it is received.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Please note that orders will processed and shipped between Monday and Friday. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on when the credit will appear in your account, as processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund yet, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
Please note that a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from your purchase amount.
