Return Eligibility

Before a return label is issued, customers must provide clear photos of the product. This allows us to verify the condition of the item and ensure there is no damage prior to return.
We do not accept returns without product photos.
Once your return is approved:

Items sent back without prior approval or without photos will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Label Fees
Return shipping labels are paid for by the customer.
The return label cost will be deducted from the refund and may be up to a maximum of 25% of the original purchase price, depending on the product size, weight, and shipping location.
Return shipping costs vary by product. The average cost per return label is $10–$15.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@jeephouse.co with photos so we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.
