Standard Orders

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Due to high order volume or peak seasons, shipping times may occasionally be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • Pre-order shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed

  • Minor delays may occur depending on when pre-order inventory arrives

  • Additional processing time may be required to prepare and ship pre-order items once they arrive

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or border processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.
